Bookings and Reservations
All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours. Normally there is no charge for any cancellation made well in advance, but sometimes hotels charge a cancellation fee which must be passed.
Airport Transfer
A Songchai-Thaigyms representative (male or female) will meet you at the airport. One of our representatives will also display a prominent sign bearing your name or your company's name or logo The representative will collect vouchers for our services and arrangements and will hand you your itinerary along with other documents and tour brochures. You will also be given brief general information verbally, and be shown to your transport for your gym or hotel. Our representative will also reconfirm your onward flights and assist you with any other problems such as loss of luggage, sickness, accident, etc., as well as on-the-spot changes with regard to hotels or other services where absolutely necessary.
Our Guides
All our guides are fully trained by One Songchai Ltd of Thailand in co-operation with major universities and speak fluent English. Many are graduates from the University of Fine Arts in the Faculty of Archaeology, and all of them have a wide knowledge of Thailand's history and culture.
Transportation
All Vans are inspected and verified that they never rolled over or involved in serious accident. We provide new van model with fully option such as VIP Seats, Ice box, LCD Monitor, Radio and MP3.
